humanities

Thayne had to take 4 pictures for his humanities class this last weekend. He had to take one portrait, one landscape picture, and then one picture that depicted creation and one that depicted journey. I thought he did so well on them that I had to show them off.
I also have BIG news! Jarom is officially potty trained. I know, some of you probably think I am crazy for trying to do it when he is so young, but I really think he was ready! We've been working on this for just over two weeks now, and honestly he has done awesome the entire time. He went the first timt that I put him on the toilet, and every time since. (for the most part) The biggest challenge was every time we went somewhere, because for some reason he didn't like using other toilets, but I think we have won that battle. He also started telling me when he has to go as of last Wednesday which is a big deal because his vocabulary doesn't consist of more than about 8 to 10 words, so it is hard for him to communicate what he wants or needs.
Taysia is so much fun. She is such a smily happy baby (except for when I eat chocolate). I cant believe she is 2 months old on friday. Surprising enough she is only in the 25th % for both her height and weight. She weighed 9lbs, 12 oz last Friday and measured 21 inches long, which means she has grown 2 inches and gained just over 2 lbs since birth. It seems strange to me that she is so tiny because Jarom was always just above the 50% mark for his weight and somewhere around the 95% for his height. I can't complain though, after all, isn't that kind of what everyone wants? Big boys and petite girls?

I am so jealous that Jarom is potty trained. Way to go! Time fly's so fast when they're so little...Preston is turning three on the 21st, and I can't believe that one either. It's like you blink and they're big kids.

Those pics are great! I love the one of Taysia. I was so happy to go to the Temple with you. It was way worth the time and drive. You are such an amazing example of strength and patience. I am glad we have been brought together by our amazing husbands!!!

Treycen tells me all the time he needs to go potty and he just turned two! Yet, he usually tells me after he has already gone. I guess we are getting there....
Any suggestions?
